Water filter system operation

The waters which are flowed to the clarifier. This system reject sediment suspension approximately 80-90%. Then are flowed to water filtration pool to completely reject sediment. The latest step clean to achieve clean water to supply the waters for a whole city.

The water filter system is controlled by the control panel using Phoenix Contact’s PLC and HMI. It automatically control filter processing (via the actuator is the valve system). HMI enable to change parameters during the filter processing (clean time, water clevel limit…). In addition, when the filter stop by sediment , the system will stop and switch to the automatic or semiautomatic filter cleaning mode. This mode will come back the filter mode when this processing is over.
